Jacuzzi in rooms, Excellent location, Scenic balcony views

Noise issues from nearby clubs ruined sleep!!! The hot water supply in rooms was inconsistent!!! Consider investing in better soundproofing to enhance comfort!!!

The breakfast is delicious, APPETISING food. The units are perfect, stylish.

The double room had basic facilities you need, a private safe, a mini bar, and central heating. And btw there were great views of the square! The service was excellent with parking next to the hotel. Perfect and magnificent location to a major refurbishment of a 6 story building next door was a plus.

The bed in my room was pretty small.

The jacuzzi in the room was great, but the electronic key system frequently failed.

Large rooms, delicious breakfast. A lot of supplies in the room: a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe. Had absolutely perfect and MAGNIFICENT location to a great turkish restaurant called khoaray something, right next to Urban. Also - not far from nightclub, Taksim Square which is in the centre of the town, and which is right in the heart of the Taksim district.

The room had a cozy atmosphere with comfortable bedding and modern decor. The staff were attentive, always ready to help, and the cleanliness of the hotel. Plus, the location is fantastic, just steps away from Istiklal street!

There was some noise at night from outside.

Location and price. Big room, friendly staff. Newly renovated.

Televison did not work, or, there were no istructions in the room on how to operate it. Security lock ion the room did not work. I like turkish brekfast, but I would have preferred some healthier options, like darker bread, natural juice, and more fruit. Also, a real coffee would be a plus. I was on business, so I appreciated the chance to eat fast. I suppose, leisure travelers go have their breakfast somewhere outside.

Location, location, location... and then; location, location & location... so well organized that I did not have to interact very much with staff... during conversations, the staff were quite conscious and mindful... free wireless in lobby..

Awesome location and comfy stay!

Super comfy executive family room-plenty of space for all of us. Can't beat the location-right by Taksim Square and all the action. Breakfast was tasty too, served just a short walk away. Wish the room had better soundproofing. It got kinda noisy at night.

The location of Triada Hotel Taksim, Special Category is ideal, being just off Istiklal street, which offers easy access to a myriad of restaurants and shops. The cleanliness of the hotel and the comfort of the Executive Double Room enhanced my experience. The staff were consistently attentive and assisted with my business needs effectively. I particularly appreciated the daily housekeeping and the reliable WiFi for work.

Noise levels at night were disruptive.

We have had an interesting experience in this hotel, here is a list of the things that we found very irritating that had us call the Booked.net staff to find us another hotel asap: 1- the hotel smells like a public bathroom. 2- the room had no windows. 3- the breakfast is very very very limited, so if you were thinking hmmm breakfast..... No. 4- there is no sound isolation what so ever, you will wake up 3 to 4 times each night from drunk guests making noises and so on. 5- the room has no odor isolation so if the restaurant is cooking kebab... Yes your room will smell like a sandwich. 6- I think only two employees work at the hotel, if you need anything like fixing the crappy safe in the room, good luck with that maybe someone will come in 30-40 mins (that is if they remembered) 7- the staff are not helpful at all, they didnt even put much effort in helping us carry our bags when we first came. 8- when I made the complain to Booked.net they told me that the hotel manager said that there had been several mistakes and they put me in a smoking section though I requested not to be in one, when Booked.net staff informed the hotel manager that I didnt want to spend one more night in his lousy hotel, they said ok but we need to charge them for one extra night!!!! Because many people came to ask for rooms and we said we are full occupied. Sooooo yea, in a nutshell we are a normal young couple and I wrote this review out of anger and disappointment and because I do not want people who write positive reviews to confuse you guys like they confused me. On a side note: Booked.net staff, you guys are awesome!! without your help we would have been lost and helpless, Catherine you are the best, thank you for your kind help, they have found us another hotel and they even made us an upgrade we had so much fun and that definitively boosted our spirits and we had fun for the rest of our stay in Istanbul.

Good position, close to Taxim Square and main shopping street.

Disco close by that plays until 4am. So loud that sleep is out of the question.

I appreciated the modern decor and the easy access to all areas. The attentive staff were always ready to assist and ensure we felt at home .

More comfortable seating in common areas would help.
